17.  Write a short essay (500-800 words) that addresses the following:
a. Is natural selection still acting on the trait of skin color in human populations? 
b. regardless of whether you answered yes or no, please explain and provide evidence in support of your response. Also, how would you expect human skin color to change in human populations in the future?
This question requires you to:

Look at populations in different parts of the world.
Find evidence in support of your argument. 
Proper citation format. Required to use at least one PEER REVIEWED source.

To be successful in this essay:

Work on the essay in your word processor, then cut, paste, in the text box in Moodle.
Use a minimum of one scholarly citation other than what has already been covered in this class.

Remember that a scholarly citation is one that is peer-reviewed and comes from a reputable scholarly journal. It needs to be an actual article.
Remember also that proper citation methods mean citing the work in the body of the article (e.g., Barton et al, 2017) as well as putting the full reference at the end.
