If Mrs. Billys suit issuccessful, can the shareholders of USM be held personally liable for anyjudgment against USM?

4.The McDonald Investment Company was a corporation organized and incorporated inthe state of Minnesota. The principal and only place of business from which thecompany conducted operations was Rush City, Minnesota. More than 80 percent ofthe companys assets were located in Minnesota, and more than 80 percent of itsincome was derived from Minnesota. McDonald sold securities to Minnesotaresidents only. The proceeds from the sale were used entirely to make loans andother investments in real estate and other assets located outside the state ofMinnesota.
