KPI: Clinical Assessment Final Project
 
Students will choose a movie from the list provided below. Students will choose an identified client to utilize for this paper from the movie. Students will conceptualize the client’s problem(s). Students will outline information from the movie to diagnose the client with justification. Students will implement a treatment plan for the client that considers cultural and contextual factors. Students will present their case and treatment plan during the final week during synchronous session. Students will submit a written document outlining the above with a section specific to the student’s reflection on the assignment. Papers must adhere to APA 7. 
 
Paper Guidelines: 

Using the intake given, fill out information about the client.
Write a clinical report (case conceptualization) for the identified character from your chosen movie, including a mental status exam. Diagnose client and include differential diagnosis if it applies. 
Develop a treatment plan with short- and long-term goals 
Summarize information of empirically supported treatment(s) for the disorder category (minimum of 2 research articles to support this section). 
Discuss multicultural considerations as well as challenges/difficulties in working with this client specifically and a client in general diagnosed with the same diagnosis (i.e. things to avoid, things to be mindful of, common misconceptions). 

 
Item 4 and 5 above will be a 4–6-page length not including references paper. APA 7 style should be strictly adhered. The format should include:

Reflection of assignment, strengths, goals for the future, etc.
