Discussion #2 Assignment Instructions and Prompt: Language communicates intelligence, status, and even geographic culture. However, language also makes impressions on those who are being communicated to. You can be instantly drawn to, or away, from someone because of what they say and how they say it. Discuss how language influences, bothers, engages or deters you from others by answering the following questions.

What words do you see commonly misused?
In your opinion what it main source of misused words?
What expressions, phrases, words, or body language may convey unintended messages or undermine a leader’s positive ethos?

Now that you can picture these communicative interactions by giving specific examples from your own life. Please also research:

Why these misappropriations of language are important to note and
What it reflects about the person communicating in this manner when they misappropriate language.
