Instead of observing classrooms, please watch and “observe” two math classes online. Please pick two of the videos from below. You can compare two Grades K-2 Classroom or two Grades 3-4 Classroom Videos, but you can also compare the different age groups. Both approaches can be very interesting.

The modified field work report should include the following aspects:

At least two detailed examples of math content, as related to standards. Please include the names/links of the videos that you have observed. Furthermore, please include specific references to the time of the video when discussing a specific situation.
 At least two detailed examples of constructivist and problem-solving methods used in the classroom. Please apply what we have discussed in this course by including references from the readings.
Compare the two observations. Can you see similarities and differences?

The field experience should be typed, 2 pages, 1.5 line spacing.
