Requirements:

Think about your technology essay and revise it for a presentation.

Think about your audience and what they need to know. Think about Turkles article. Her article was also an editorial with a point to be made about technology. She structured it as a problem/solution and she also pointed out the effects.

Watch her TedTalk and see how she transformed her written editorial into a presentation for the TedTalk audience. Its the same material, BUT presented in a different way to accommodate the new format (video).

Visuals needed:

You need to provide a PowerPoint/prezi/visual presentation of some kind. You are not required to use PowerPoint or Prezi, but you need a visual. You need to do more than just stand in front of the camera and just talk.

How to Submit the File:

There are a variety of ways to create a short video. If you use a PowerPoint, I would consider using Screencast-O-Matic () 
Screencast-O-Matic offers the ability to present right from your laptop. You can use PowerPoint and place your own image in the bottom corner. It is also free, easy to use, and has a lot of tutorials. You can save your file as a MP4 or create a link.

Presentation Requirements:

Good speaking skills no nervousness, make eye contact with class, have good voice intonation and be enthusiastic about material
Present all pieces of the topic thoroughly
Knowledge of topic needs to be evident

The presenter is not just reading from notes or PowerPoint slides; presenter knows the material well enough to discuss it without use of his/her notes

Even if presenter knows the material, he/she should not just read from notes or repeat power point bullets.  Move around and interact with audience.  Provide additional material than what is offered on notes.
Need to have audience participation.
Time length of 5-10 minutes must be met
