Compose a reflection to this video in a minimum of 200 words. 
Remember: a reflection is not a summary. Your classmates read the same article that you did, so you don’t need to summarize it for them. Rather, a reflection is the sharing of the thoughts you had before, during, or after reading a work. 
A reflection might include:
–agreements/disagreements you had with the author 
–new insights you gained through the reading and how it affects your perception of the topic
–questions you still have or ideas you want to research further as a result of the reading
–expand upon the ideas of the reading by relating your own experiences 
–any observation that might leave your classmates thinking further 

**To receive full credit for this assignment, you must comment on the posts of at least two classmates in a substantial way. This means going beyond “I agree” or “I disagree” or “great post” and genuinely engaging in a conversation with them about their thoughts. This often seems daunting in an online discussion board environment, so imagine that you are having a conversation with another person over a cup of coffee. Conversations on online discussion boards should mimic those authentic, real life conversations.
