Public health data used to determine the need for inoculation program is patients name, address, phone numbers, age, gender, clinic location, current immunizations, and current health status. According to research studies, public health data is needed to help make final decisions and plans at many levels of health, for performance monitoring of programs, and is true data as it relates to vaccines (Boland, 2019). You can locate public health data from many different sources such as WHO, CDC National center for health statistics, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to name a few. Public health data is used to make decisions that benefit communities.
 
 What data will be collected to determine the success of such a program?
According to the textbook, epidemiology, which is the investigation of the distribution and determinants of disease within populations or cohorts, is needed to help initiate the success of an immunization program (McGonigle, D, 2018). Understanding the way that disease is within a population will help gauge the need for the distribution of the vaccine. Once a geographic and demographic is targeted, steps towards the prevention of infectious diseases can be mitigated properly.
How might you communicate this to other communities or internationally?
I would communicate with other communities or internationally through technology. Any social media sites and outlets that would allow public announcements and information would be ideal to use to appropriately inform the public. Technology can be utilized for many things, and communication is a major use.
