Eysenck :
The personality inventory questionnaire (Eysenk Personality Inventory Questionnaire, EPIQ-RA, Karanc, 2006) (See Appendix X), used in the present study is a three dimensional personality assessment tool that was preceded by an overlapping two-dimensional measure called the Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI). The EPI was developed by Hans and Sybil Eysenck[1] to measure the two broad dimensions of Extraversion-Introversion and Neuroticism-Stability. These two 24-item measures were supplemented by a 9-item Lie scale (See Appendix 2) in an attempt to guard against various concerns about response style

Lesson plan: 
 This lesson plan has been designed by taking into consideration the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) guidelines with respect to the relation between language and culture.
 In this proposal, activities such as roleplay, topic discussion and storytelling  are used as the vehicle to study their effectiveness on introverted students speaking skills. However, linguistic competencies will also be included in the activities, as stated in the following classification:  General competencies, communicative language competencies
 In order to make the activities selection, the following criteria has been taken into account: the level of proficiency of the students, the topic discussed. Regarding the level of proficiency, some of the activitiss could be included in the B1 level, whereas there are others whose level is not as complex to reach B1. This sequence is addressed to adult students of EFL who are at a B1 level of proficiency, although it could be adapted to different levels. B1 students will be able to understand the instructions of the activities and their implicit meaning and references and will be prepared enough to speak language related to the topic chosen. Regarding sequencing, lesson plans are distributed in 2 sessions of 1 hour duration, though they can also be redistributed and adapted to the needs of the group.
The general objectives of those lesson plans  are the following:  To highlight the effectiveness of roleplay, storytelling and topic discussion  as a tool to motivate introverted students to speak t EFL classroom.   To promote critical thinking and interaction amongst students through discussion about particular topics.

Data analysis procedure
In this study, the analysis of the collected data was done in steps. The researcher first tried to establish some categories which would be treated as a base for analyzing the transcription gathered through the observation conducted. Since it is rather complex to measure oral production. However  I set up a list of categories and grouped them under  different groups as 
 the classroom environment,  the students engagement and participation, and interactional behavior. In other words, this study tried to identify the effectiveness of some activities on introverted students . While doing this, the collected data was analyzed in terms of speech production and interactional behavior. First, interactional behavior was assessed by using an evaluation grid that has a criteria focused on skills that can be observed in the classroom .
